With your permission, one of our expert technicians will connect remotely and securely to your computer and help fix all your issues as quickly as possible.
IT Hero use TeamViewer & AnyDesk as an online tool which gives us the ablity to control your computer remotely.
You can view our session at all times and can disconnect at any time.
If you have a quick problem you need to get resolved, then book a 30-minute appointment.
If you have multiple problems, then book a 60-minute appointment.
